There is a $35.00 returned fee charged for any payment return that does not clear the bank or charge company for any reason.

How long does it take to receive orders?
 
Frozen bait will be shipped via FedEx 1-3 business days, usually on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Normal shipping time frame is 7-10 business days for other items.
Although, on occasion additional time may be required 
if item(s) comes from our outside warehouse.
We will try to inform you if your order will take
 longer then 7-10 business days for shipping.

2. Item must be received in resalable condition.
3. Original packaging must be returned with item.
4. Returns must be completed within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase.
5. Exchange or merchandise is allowed if same item is available at time of exchange is made.
6. An approved RMA number is required.
7. Buyer must email for instructions.
